When it comes to goats, our focus is breeding quality home milkers, and friendly pets. We currently breed pet quality Nigerian dwarfs and Mini Nubian and Standard Nubian dairy goats. Most of our dairy herd is registered and babies will go home with registry applications or registration papers. Babies typically stay with their moms as long as possible, usually being weaned between 8 and 10 weeks old. We do not bottle raise our goats unless absolutely necessary. We do not vaccinate any of our kids as we try to raise our livestock as holistically and naturally as possible. All of our babies are disbudded for the safety of other goats, and young children.
This page is kept updated with any goats we have available. Know that our goats are on a first come first serve basis meaning we take deposits as they come and we will not take reservations for future kids. Once a goat becomes available, or kids are born, they will be listed here. If you want more information on a goat we have please contact us. Our goats need to go to homes that already have at least one goat or are planning on purchasing a pair or more. Goats need another goat to thrive and be content.
We keep a small herd of dairy goats with the intention of producing enough milk for our family. While we do not keep a large number of goats, our focus is on raising quality, healthy goats. Our goats are raised as holistically as possible and we don’t vaccinate any of our animals unless completely necessary. They are fed alfalfa #1, #2, Timothy, Bermuda grass and loose minerals. Our herd is dewormed with herbal dewormer from Land Of Havilah routinely. Any unregistered or wether goats will not leave with a bill of sale or any paperwork. If you do purchase a registered goat, a bill of sale, and all registration paperwork will be signed and given to you with the pickup of the animal. All buyers are required to pick up their goats as we do not offer shipping. A deposit must be placed before picking up the animal, and the remaining balance paid at pickup. All available goats are healthy to the best of our knowledge. Once the goat leaves our property, they are no longer under our care and the buyer takes full responsibility. We do not castrate any of our bucks before 10 weeks old. If you are purchasing a wether (male goat that is castrated), unless the purchase is made after 10 weeks old, it will be the buyers responsibility to get their goat banded or castrated surgically. All of our goats are disbudded before two weeks old (so they will not grow horns). Goats that are born “polled” naturally will not grow horns at all and therefor do not need to be disbudded. Please, serious inquiries only.
Our Mini Nubian prices range from $300-$800. Nigerian dwarf prices range from $250-$300.
